The Main Objectives of Wushu Activity
The major objectives:
To promote the interest to the public and members to take up training and to popularized the Wushu Activities both in Traditional Routines and the Competition Sets. And to Conduct Research studies, Seminars or Trainings for Advance Wushu Classes
The role of Wushu Activity Bureau is to publicize and promote Chinwoo martial arts through two major intentions, they are:
1.To Promote the Chinwoo Wushu and to Win the Worldwide Recognition
Chinwoo martial arts system is a precious treasure in Chinese martial arts and is one of the important sports that represent Chinese culture. Wushu is guided by Chinwoo to promote healthier lifestyle. Wushu Activity Bureau organize three intakes in a year in order to pass the knowledge about the Chin Woo basic fist and Tai Chi. Those who attend Shaolin classes will learn the style in sequence such as Tan Tui, Gong Li, Tuo Zhan, Ying Chui, Da Zhan, Jie Quan, Gua Dao, Qun Yang Gun, Wu Hu Qiang, etc. They will move on to the advance stage according to their level of improvement to learn other style and weapons. For those who attend Tai Chi class they will be thought about basic Tai Chi steps, Tai Chi Broadsword and Tai Chi Sword, etc. At the same time they will also be thought basic Chinwoo fist so that, every Wushu members will not only maintain healthy lifestyle by learning Chinwoo fist routine exercise but also will have the opportunity to experience Chinwoo fist¡¯s and it¡¯s inner benefits. Wushu Activity Bureau has set a syllabus, which is divided into beginners, intermediate and advance, level. The training sessions are divided into mornings and evenings at the association training court. Chinwoo also by invitations, sending Instructors to schools to teach basic Chinwoo steps. This will lead to a significant growth in Chinwoo.
2.To cultivate Wushu specialist to take the responsibility to pass down the Wushu knowledge so that it won¡¯t vanquish
Due to the restrict discipline by Wushu Association and different opinion about Wushu expertise, there are more varieties of Wushu styles. In order to promote, there should be a systematic teaching system and syllabus together with suitable experienced instructors. Wushu Activity Bureau uses two major policies, which are popularized and specialized: continuously offering intakes to pass them the knowledge. Examinations will be held every two years to enhance the quality among the members and motivate them to be hardworking in the future. Wushu advanced studies class is formed to specially train those who are elected among the basic level graduates. They will be sent to provide seminar giving talks about martial arts. To develop high quality within the talented members and train them with professional Wushu theory so that they will be trained to be the master of the next generation.
3.Others activities
Besides promoting martial arts, other lessons such as lion dance, big flag dance, dragon dance etc will also be taught among the classes for members. Special performances and seminars were frequently arranged by outside parties. The performances and activities provide constant and practical training to the more talented students in many aspects. It will also maintain mental discipline among the members, cultivate moral character and healthy life-style so that they will become the strength to support the network for the advancement of the sport and widen Chinwoo culture. |
